PREDOCTORAL POSITION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF CANTABRIA DEPARTMENT OF MOLECULAR BIOLOGY
VALDECILLA RESEARCH INSTITUTE (IDIVAL):
We are looking for a motivated candidate holding a bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Chemistry, or a related field. The candidate should be eligible to apply for a predoctoral contract associated with the project titled: “Novel targeted nanocarriers for the treatment and monitoring of metastases”.
The main objective of this project is the design, synthesis, and validation of nanostructured lipid nanoparticles that carry a cytotoxic drug and target tumor neovasculature for the treatment of metastases.
The candidate is expected to be eligible to enroll in Ph.D. Program “Molecular Biology and Biomedicine” (https://web.unican.es/centros/escuela-de-doctorado/Paginas/Doctorado-en-Biologia-Molecular-y-Biomedicina.aspx).
